Production Team Trainer

The Trainer plays an imperative role in the success and development of our Production and Yard Team Associates. We are looking for an individual who can coach, teach and mentor current and new employees in a positive manner by effectively delivering and facilitating training programs in various formats (classroom, virtual, work areas, etc) in a clear and effective manner that emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, accountability and process standardization The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: -
