AI Adoption Community Lead

We are building Arrow’s AI Adoption team from the ground up, and this is the role that sets it in motion. As AI Adoption and Community Lead, you will own the design and delivery of Arrow’s AI democratisation programme — the strategy, training, community, governance, and communications that will take AI from a tool available to a few to a capability embedded across the whole <organisation.You> will be the first senior hire into this team, which means you will shape it: defining how the programme is structured, recruiting and managing a Programme Coordinator, and working across Arrow’s group functions and platforms to land real, measurable change. This is not a change management role that sits at the edge of AI; it is a role that sits at the centre of it, requiring genuine enthusiasm for the technology, the judgement to govern it responsibly, and the credibility to bring people along.
