About The Role

Introduction to the Job

As a Manufacturing Group Lead, you will lead a critical production area responsible for building some of the world's most advanced semiconductor manufacturing systems. Your leadership will help ensure ASML delivers high-quality products on time while supporting technology that enables innovation across industries including healthcare, energy, communications, and mobility.

In this Manufacturing Group Lead role, you will provide both operational and people leadership for a large manufacturing organization. You will develop leaders, drive production performance, support new product introductions, and create a culture focused on safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Group Lead, you will oversee manufacturing operations, develop frontline leaders, and ensure production goals are achieved across your assigned area. You will balance short-term execution with long-term planning while partnering across functions to improve operational performance and organizational readiness.

You will

  • Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
  • Develop Team Leads, technical specialists, and technicians through coaching, performance management, and career development.
  • Translate factory objectives into clear priorities and actionable goals for teams and leaders.
  • Drive staffing, capability development, succession planning, and organizational readiness to support business demands.
  • Ensure operational readiness for new product introductions, production ramp-ups, and process changes.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with engineering, quality, planning, logistics, and customer support teams to remove constraints and improve end-to-end performance.

Schedule: CWW Days D1-Sunday Monday Tuesday every other Wednesday 6:00am-6:00pm or D2-Thursday Friday Saturday every other Wednesday 6:00am-6:00pm

Education and Experience

To succeed as a Manufacturing Group Lead, you will need

  • A high school diploma or General Educational Development credential.
  • At least seven years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
  • At least three years of people leadership and operations management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production management, and quality systems.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and driving sustainable operational results.
  • Lean Yellow Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement training.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, SAP, ERP systems, or comparable business applications.
  • Hands-on manufacturing or equipment experience is preferred.

Other Information

  • Must be able to work in a Cleanroom environment (constant 72℉; working under ISO 9001/14001 standards).
  • Must be able to work in full PPE (full body coveralls, hood, clean room safety shoes, face mask, nitrile gloves, safety glasses) for entire duration of shift and re-gown multiple times per day.
  • Routinely required to sit, walk, talk, hear, use hands to keyboard, use fingers to handle and feel, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach and stretch.
  • Must be able to perform solo lifts and/or move up to 20 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required -- close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Must be able to work with/on ladders, work on platforms, work around chemicals, operate overhead cranes, fork trucks and motorized pallet jacks.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently

Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.

The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
