Warehousing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with demand and capacity
• Review, release, and monitor work orders to ensure timely execution
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, and IE to maintain schedule adherence and resolve delays
• Manage material allocation and ensure timely goods receipt (GR) and goods issue (GI) in ERP system
• Ensure material availability to support uninterrupted production
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular reconciliation (system vs physical)
• Control consumables and optimize inventory levels, including rework and excess materials
• Track order status and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and overseas customers on order progress when required
• Ensure shipment readiness with complete documentation and compliance
• Identify and drive improvements in planning, inventory control, and system usage
• Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, warehouse, or supply chain in manufacturing
• Strong planning and coordination skills
• Good understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Good English proficiency
