POSITION SCOPE岗位范围

• 发动机测试项目试验前准备，上下台架，执行大纲试验任务；并配合支持试验设备维护和故障处理；
• Engine test project preparation, dock in and undock engine, perform test operation according to test plan; support equipment and troubleshooting;

POSITION PURPOSE岗位目标

• -发动机试验相关的零件、设备的安装、拆卸，PUMA参数设置；
• -按照测试大纲要求完成试验，准确采集数据，并能根据试验数据进行发动机故障分析；
• -Responsible for installation and removal of engine testing related components and instruments, PUMA parameter configuration；
• -Conduct tests according to test plan requirements, collect data accurately, and perform engine fault diagnosis and troubleshooting based on the acquired data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES岗位关键职责

• 负责试验前准备工作，包括EGP， 排气管，后处理部件，可移动设备等
• 按要求上下台架，并保持现场整洁
• 负责台架日常点检，发现异常及时处理
• 试验前检查测试设备，确保设备处于正常状态
• 按大纲要求操作PUMA试验系统进行试验
• 负责试验过程中的部件更换, 发动机保养, 故障排除等
• 确保“实时”试验数据的有效性
• Responsible for test preparation, including EGP, AFT components, exhaust pipe, portable instruments etc.
• Dock in end undock engine, and keep test cell clean and tidy
• Responsible for daily check, fix issues if needed
• Check test equipment before test and guarantee the readiness
• Operate PUMA system to complete test task according to test plan
• Responsible for component replacement, engine service and troubleshooting
• Make sure online test data valid
