About The Role

In this role, you'll: Managing the delivery of maintenance on critical tunnel infrastructure, including traffic systems, electrical distribution, fire and life safety systems, drainage, and ventilation, ensuring all activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. We are seeking an experienced electrician and leader with skills to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of tunnel systems maintenance and minor project works. The successful candidate will lead a team of electricians and subcontractors, manage resources and performance, provide expert technical advice on complex electrical and tunnel systems, and oversee project risks, contractor performance, and stakeholder relationships. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, continuous improvement initiatives, and minimising system downtime while delivering outcomes within time, cost, and quality targets. About you The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in tunnel systems, electrical infrastructure, and advanced electronic technologies, coupled with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Relevant electrical qualifications, including an Electrical Contractor Licence or Supervisor Certificate, HV switching certification, and associated industry certifications, are essential.
