HR Recruiter - Additional workforce

Your role Maintain and develop effective recruitment channels, regularly update job postings, and proactively source, attract, and hire qualified candidates to ensure a sustainable talent pipeline. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure recruitment activities align with business plans and hiring needs. Independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer coordination, and onboarding activities. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor hiring activities, and talent availability to provide recruitment insights and recommendations. To succeed, you will need Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in a multinational manufacturing environment, or equivalent experience as a recruiter within an executive search/headhunting firm specializing in manufacturing. Fluent spoken and written English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook. Strong learning agility and the ability to quickly understand business and talent requirements. Professional, mature, and stable communication style with strong stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented, patient, and highly organized in managing recruitment processes.
