About The Role

Welcome! ‎ The IT Support Technician IV uses practical knowledge to complete moderately complex projects and assignments within the Enterprise Support family. Helps train or mentor less experienced employees. Works under general direction. ‎ • Troubleshoots intermediate issues (drivers, profiles, VPN, conferencing). • Performs break/fix with parts replacement and post‑repair validation. • Executes device imaging/provisioning per standard profiles. • Assists with floor walks during big releases or relocations. • Documents fixes and proposes knowledge updates. • Coordinates with vendors for RMAs and warranty claims. • Supports VIP requests following white‑glove protocols. • Validates security controls (encryption, EDR) after service. • Keeps spares inventory accurate and ready. • Mentors S3 on tools, safety, and user empathy. ‎ • Minimum Experience: 6+ years • Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED Equal Opportunity Employer.
