Entry Level Piping Design Engineer

Job Description Summary The Product Piping Design Engineer will be responsible for the piping design within the Product Piping team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. This role requires a dynamic individual who can provide valuable inputs to the Product Definition Designer and oversee the review process of piping design packages. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Develop and design piping systems in accordance with project specifications and standards. Collaborate with the Product Definition (PDE) Designer to integrate piping design inputs effectively. Review and validate piping design packages to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Work closely with the Mechanical team to ensure seamless integration of piping designs with overall project objectives. Coordinate with Project Engineering and Sourcing teams to facilitate efficient project execution. Maintain documentation and records of design processes and adjustments. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Some experience in mechanical design engineering, particularly in piping systems Familiarity with relevant design and engineering software tools. Desired Characteristics Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
