About The Role
As an Operational Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical and operational support to our gambling company clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure that their software systems run smoothly, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and proactively identify areas for improvement. You will work closely with both our software development teams and our gambling company clients to ensure a seamless and efficient operational experience. This is a Fixed Term Contract role.
