Troubleshoot Deviations: Identify and correct process variations, blockages, or equipment abnormalities remotely. Coordinate Teams: Direct field operators and maintenance crews to resolve physical equipment issues safely. Quality Control: Review lab test results regularly to adjust machine settings for product compliance. Log Data: Record hourly production metrics, fuel consumption, downtime reasons, and shift handovers.
