ProMach is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Data Analyst to help transform our complex data landscape into actionable business insights. You’ll work with data from multiple ERP, CRM, and operational systems, supporting key business decisions in finance, operations, and supply chain. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on data work, cross-functional collaboration, and building impactful reports and dashboards.

As a Data Analyst at ProMach, you’ll play a critical role in shaping business strategy by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data from dozens of systems and databases. Your insights will help drive efficiency, identify opportunities, and support growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from ERP, CRM, and other business systems to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports for business users and leadership.
  • Write SQL queries and use analytics tools to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
  • Present findings and recommendations through clear visualizations and presentations.
  • Support data migration, integration, and quality initiatives to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Document data processes, definitions, and methodologies for transparency and repeatability.
  • Stay current with best practices in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical area, or demonstrated equivalent experience in data analysis or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data k ccuracy .
  • Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience gathering requirements and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep Knowledge of data flows within ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SyteLine, Salesforce) in a manufacturing environment

Preferred

  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Delta Lake).
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata documentation.
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
  • Exposure to Agile project environments and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git).
