About The Role
Job Title: Client Partner Reports to: Regional Director / Chief Customer Officer The Client Partner is a senior leadership role responsible for owning the strategic direction, opportunity growth, and long-term DVT growth within key client accounts. Unlike traditional account management roles, the Client Partner operates at a business partnership level, engaging with executive stakeholders to shape client strategy, drive transformational outcomes, and position DVT as a long-term strategic partner. The role carries full accountability for account growth, revenue growth, and client satisfaction, and requires the ability to influence at executive level, lead complex engagements, and unlock new business opportunities across the client organisation. The Client Partner holds end-to-end accountability for account performance, including: • Revenue growth • Client retention and expansion • Strategic positioning of DVT within the client ROLE OVERVIEW Key measurements: Revenue growth (not just retention) Expansion into new business units Executive stakeholder engagement quality Strategic account plan execution Opportunity pipeline ownership Required qualifications: Required: Professional accredited certificate/diploma/degree in IT or business management Responsibilities: The Client Partner is directly accountable for revenue targets, and pipeline development, and is expected to proactively originate new opportunities within existing clients. This role requires experience managing complex, multi-service, enterprise-level client environments, including multiple stakeholders, delivery streams, and commercial agreements. The Client Partner is expected to operate at a strategic level, demonstrating the ability to: o Engage and influence C-level stakeholders o Align DVT services to client business strategy o Identify and drive transformational opportunities, not only incremental growth Client Relationship Management: • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned client accounts. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the client organisation. • Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives, challenges, and priorities. • Facilitate regular engagement with clients through operational and strategic review meetings. • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and partnership health. Account Growth and Business Development: • Drive revenue growth within existing client accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing engagements. • Actively identify and develop opportunities across new departments, business units, and initiatives within the client organisation. • Work with studios and competency teams to develop proposals and drive new business opportunities. Strategic Account Leadership: • Develop and maintain structured account plans outlining growth opportunities, key stakeholders, and engagement strategies. • Monitor account performance, risks, and opportunities to ensure long-term account success. • Align internal teams with client priorities and strategic objectives. Delivery Oversight: • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure services are delivered successfully and meet client expectations. • Ensure clear communication of client requirements and expectations to internal teams. • Act as an escalation point for client concerns or service issues. Commercial Management: • Contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions with clients. Monitor revenue performance and forecast growth opportunities within assigned accounts. • Ensure accounts remain commercially viable and aligned with organisational objectives. Internal Collaboration: • Work closely with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure a coordinated client engagement approach. • Provide client insights that inform service improvements, innovation, and strategic opportunities.
