About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Coordinator who is creative, curious, highly organized, and excited to learn.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and wants exposure to all sides of marketing. One day you might be designing a social media graphic in Figma, the next you could be updating our website, preparing PowerPoint materials, scheduling social posts, or helping set up an <event.You> are a fast learner, have a great eye for design, sweat the small stuff, and be willing to roll up your <sleeves.You>’ll work closely with our marketing team to bring campaigns, events, content, and the Electric Mind brand to life.

What You'll Do

Creative & Design

  • Create visual assets for social media, campaigns, events, presentations, invitations, posters, digital cards, and other marketing materials
  • Design and adapt assets using Figma
  • Create polished and on-brand PowerPoint presentations and templates
  • Resize, repurpose, and adapt creative for different channels and formats
  • Help maintain consistency across all marketing materials and brand touchpoints
  • Support basic video editing and creation of short-form content when needed

Digital Marketing

  • Publish and update content on our website using Webflow
  • Schedule and publish social media content using Buffer
  • Help manage and organize digital marketing assets
  • Support email and campaign activities
  • Conduct quality checks before content goes live, including spelling, formatting, links, images, and brand consistency

Events

  • Support planning and execution of internal and external marketing events
  • Help prepare event materials, signage, presentations, invitations, name badges, and other assets
  • Assist with event set-up and tear-down
  • Be comfortable jumping in wherever needed to make an event run smoothly

Marketing Support

  • Support the broader marketing team across campaigns, content, communications, and day-to-day activities
  • Help keep marketing files, templates, and assets organized
  • Work on multiple projects at once while keeping track of deadlines and details
  • Take on new projects and leverage AI tools with a willingness to learn

What You'll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, design, or a related field
  • Strong visual/design skills and a good eye for composition, typography, layout, and branding
  • Figma experience is a must
  • Strong PowerPoint skills are a must
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written communication and proofreading skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get hands-on
  • Fast learner who is comfortable picking up new tools and technology
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have

Experience with Webflow

Experience with Buffer or other social media management platforms

Basic video editing skills

Experience with Microsoft tools

Experience supporting corporate or client-facing events

Experience in a professional services, consulting, technology, or B2B environment

You'll be Successful if

You’re someone who notices when a logo is slightly misaligned, catches the typo everyone else missed, and actually enjoys making a PowerPoint deck look <great.You>’re creative but organized. You’re comfortable asking questions, but you also know how to figure things out. You don’t need to be an expert in every marketing platform. If you’re given a new tool, your reaction is more likely to be “let me figure it out” than “I’ve never used that.”Most importantly, you’re excited to learn, contribute, and become a little bit better at marketing every day.
