On time routine maintenance

1. To perform regular maintenance procedures to all office equipments (AC, Gensets, Lighting Fixtures, Plumbing, etc) by conducting cleaning, calibration according to equipment’s manual.

On schedule equipment reparation

1. To check and indicate every broken equipments and do necessary reparation if possible.
2. To liaise with contractor for equipment reparation should the work could not be done by internal.

To minimize defect and damages for all office equipments

1. Provide regular reports to Maintenance Head for every equipment status.
