About The Role

Work Schedule

100% FTE, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, you will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.

Additional components of compensation may include

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited college/university. Required
Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

Work Experience

Successful completion of annual clinical, age and job specific competencies and skill verification tools Required

Licenses & Certifications

MT (ASCP) or MLS (ASCP) or equivalent certification. Required
ASCP categorical certification for the department of responsibility or current MLT certification with MLS certification within 6 months is acceptable. Four years of experience after certification required. Certification must be maintained by submitting appropriate continuing education documentation to certifying agency. Required
