YOUR ROLE

You own our entire US top of funnel: from first contact to qualified demo handoff to our Account Executives. And if you've got what it takes, you'll have a clear path to becoming a closer yourself within a few months.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Qualify the leads our marketing generates every day
• Multi-channel outreach: phone, email, LinkedIn, and testing new channels
• Build sequences: form hypotheses, test, measure, improve
• Actively shape SDR processes in a fast-growing startup
• Onboard new customers
• Top-performing SDRs have a real shot at moving into an AE role within months

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Native English
• 1+ years of sales experience, ideally in outbound or telesales, B2B SaaS preferred
• Naturally competitive, driven to maximize output, and motivated by uncapped commission
• Willing to temporarily relocate to Austria (around 1-2 month in Vienna to soak up our culture)

• $60,000–$90,000 OTE (base + uncapped commission)
