Logistics Coordinator

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
• Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and logistics providers.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure on-time shipments.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding stock movement.
• Monitor inventory levels and product availability.
• Support inventory reconciliation and stock reporting.
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and logistics records.
• Ensure logistics documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Support customs clearance activities when required.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding shipment status.
• Work closely with Procurement, Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams.
• Prepare shipment tracking and logistics reports.
• Monitor logistics costs and report delays or operational issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of logistics and shipment coordination.
• Experience in inventory and warehouse coordination.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel .
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
