IT Operations Engineer

• Create, modify, disable, and manage user accounts across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and business applications.
• Manage user permissions, security groups, shared mailboxes, and access requests in accordance with company policies.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, access management, and IT asset allocation.
• Perform system updates, software deployments, security patches, and firmware upgrades.
• Monitor IT systems and infrastructure health and proactively resolve performance and reliability issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and user access issues.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation, user records, and system configurations.
• Follow IT security policies and best practices to ensure secure and reliable operations.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 .
• Good understanding of user access management, permissions, security groups, and IT support processes.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server, networking, system troubleshooting, and IT security.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
