About The Role

Work Schedule

100% FTE, Monday - Friday 8a-5p; scheduled hours may very within this timeframe; one day until 6p, Fridays off at 4p. You will work at UW Health N. Main St. Clinic 2601 N Main St.

Additional components of compensation may include

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications

Master's Degree Required

Work Experience

At least two years of experience providing clinical services in mental health. Required
At least two years experience in individual and/or group casework. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

LCSW license or LCPC. Required
Current license from the State of Illinois. Required
Valid State driver’s license and proof of liability insurance. Required
Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
