Waiter/Waitress

Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Waiter / Waitress to join the Food & Beverage team at The Voelkers House, an exclusive luxury property in Mallorca. This role is key in delivering a refined, attentive, and personalized dining experience, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, attentive, and personalized table service
• Welcome guests and ensure a seamless and high-quality dining experience
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and efficiently
• Maintain full knowledge of menus, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Provide recommendations on food and beverages, including basic wine pairings
• Prepare tables and ensure proper mise-en-place before each service
• Take accurate orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen team
• Serve food and beverages following established service standards and sequences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas at all times
• Ensure impeccable grooming and presentation standards
• Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service
• Follow all hygiene, food safety, and health & safety regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality
• Experience in luxury or high-end service environments is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of food, beverage, and wine service
• Strong service orientation and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Professional presence and grooming

Fluency in Spanish and English

• German language skills are a plus
• Due to the location of the property, a own vehicle is essential
