About The Role

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Cook, you’re not just leading culinary production of a designated kitchen – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

Drive culinary excellence: Select high-quality ingredients, uphold presentation standards, and ensure consistency in execution of dishes
Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards.
Provide support across the hotel's various outlets: Reserva Grill Restaurant, Ferrum Bar, Room Service, breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, as well as the various events and banquets held at the hotel.
Staff Canteen: Assist in the preparation of staff meals.
Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Head Chef or the Hotel Manager

What It Takes to Make the Stay

We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements

Previous experience as a cook is required; experience in hotels and a focus on Spanish cuisine will be considered an advantage.
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
Flexibility to adapt to a variety of different work situations
Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team
Willingness to learn and develop within a professional kitchen environment
Possession of a valid Food Handler Certificate is required.
