About The Role

As a manager, you lead and manage the product management team, including coaching, development, and performance management of Product Managers Develop and execute product portfolio strategies aligned with business objectives including product lifecycle management You drive market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities and accountable for portfolio revenue, profitability, market share, and growth targets Lead pricing strategy development and ensure alignment with market dynamics and profitability objectives Identify emerging technologies and industry developments that may impact the business, support, develop and advise on customer welding procedures and processes in line with the Marketing strategy Part of your duties will include management of special consumables portfolio inline with best commercial practices
