About The Role

  • 1.协助总经理开展年度经营计划的制定、拆解与执行，确保核心经营指标全面达成；
  • 2.制定并协调产品线统一中长期发展规划，统筹内外部资源，驱动业务增长，持续提升品牌影响力；
  1. 牵头经营管理体系建设，降低运营成本，把控经营、法律、安全等重大风险；
  2. 建立高效的跨业务单元部门协同机制，统筹协调关键资源，牵头解决跨职能的重大卡点问题，保障公司整体运营顺畅。
  • 1.10年以上JG行业经验，5年以上制造业高管任职经历；
  • 2.熟悉GJB体系及JG产品全生命周期管理，JG系统背景优先；
  • 3.了解上市公司经营管理要求，具备相关经验优先。
