About The Role

Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to department heads on all HR-related matters.
Drive core HR processes including performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues effectively.
Collaborate with the broader HR team to streamline workflows and implement best practices using our core tools.
Support change management initiatives and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture across our distributed European offices.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within the financial services, fintech, or IT sectors.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and guide business leaders.
Solid understanding of HR principles and employee relations (exposure to EU labor laws is a strong advantage).
Fluent English (both spoken and written).
Results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Experience with modern HR and productivity tech stacks (familiarity with Workable, BambooHR, and ClickUp is highly desirable).
Work in a modern office in the center of Limassol with an open-minded and professional team;
Relocation package, including reimbursement for flights and accommodation for 1 month;
