About The Role

Manage daily safety operations and ensure compliance with OSHA, company, and project-specific safety standards.
Conduct job site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and employee safety training sessions.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; prepare reports and recommend preventive measures.
Monitor compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE), site safety rules, and safe work practices.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and field teams to promote a strong safety culture.
Maintain safety documentation, records, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Support emergency response planning and safety improvement initiatives.

Preferred - 

Certified Safety Professional ( CSP )
Associate Safety Professional ( ASP )
Construction Health and Safety Technician ( CHST )
Proven experience as a Safety Manager, Safety Specialist, or similar role in construction, installation, manufacturing, or industrial project environments.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.

Experience supporting large-scale construction, installation, or industrial projects.
OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred .
Experience working with contractors and multi-disciplinary project teams.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Project Location: Queen Creek, Arizona
Immediate availability preferred.
Candidates with relevant BCSP certification and project safety experience are highly preferred.
