Job Description

• Manage product innovation and development activities and projects.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance innovation.
• Oversee the innovation team and ensure effective execution of innovation plans.
• Ensure compliance with innovation standards and company policies.
• Prepare and review innovation reports and documentation.
• Conduct innovation analysis and provide insights to improve innovation.
• Mengelola aktivitas dan proyek inovasi dan pengembangan produk.
• Mengembangkan dan menerapkan strategi untuk meningkatkan inovasi.
• Mengawasi tim inovasi dan memastikan pelaksanaan rencana inovasi yang efektif.
• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar inovasi dan kebijakan perusahaan.
• Menyiapkan dan meninjau laporan dan dokumentasi inovasi.
• Melakukan analisis inovasi dan memberikan wawasan untuk meningkatkan inovasi.
