We are looking for

Senior Cluster Controller

at our locations in Mexico - Ciudad Juárez or Comonfort, Gto

Your tasks

The Senior Cluster Controller is responsible for driving financial performance, transparency, and business steering across a designated cluster of manufacturing plants within the region. Serving as a trusted business partner to Plant Management, the role ensures that local business objectives are aligned with the company's financial targets, strategic priorities, and global controlling standards.

Acting as the primary interface between plant leadership and the global Finance & Controlling organization, the Regional Cluster Controller translates operational performance into actionable financial insights and facilitates effective decision-making at all organizational levels.

By balancing operational proximity with a broader regional and global perspective, the Regional Cluster Controller drives accountability, promotes best-practice sharing across sites, and supports sustainable profitability, cash generation, and long-term business success.

Business Partnership

  • Provide to the management the needed information to support the decisions and action plant.
  • Suggestions to improve EBIT & financial performance.
  • Report the financials results of the company to the managers an push & coordinate activities.
  • Participate in the development of strategic short and long range plans that cover company operations and financial performance and growth.
  • Responsible for financial planning, procurement and investment of company funds.
  • Analyzes financial records to forecast future financial position and budget requirements.

Process, Systems and Governance implementation

  • Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to process and quality of controlling.
  • Implement and manage and cost and financial planning system that meets the requirements of the company.
  • Prepare and implement procedures and formats necessary for the area.
  • Enforce adequate approval limits for expenses and purchases.
  • Use/implement standardized reporting from global guidance.

KPIs

  • EBIT and profitability performance including long term cashflow outlook of the assigned reporting cluster.
  • Forecast and budget accuracy.
  • Productivity and cost improvement achievements.
  • Working capital and cash flow performance.
  • push/coordinate improvement “activities” with impact on P&L or Cash
