Roles & responsibilities Own the engineering, availability, resiliency, performance, monitoring, and capacity planning for Audit portfolio applications. Ensure 99.0% or higher availability for critical Audit systems through proactive monitoring, alerting, and remediation. Apply DevOps methodologies to streamline infrastructure provisioning, operations, monitoring, and change management. Proactively monitor production environments to prevent failures, performance degradation, and capacity constraints. Lead incident response, problem management, and root cause analysis, including participation in a 24x7x365 follow‑the‑sun on‑call rotation. Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Cloud Platform Engineering, Security, and Business teams to build and operate scalable, reliable, and secure environments. Support compliance requirements, including backup, disaster recovery readiness, ITDR testing, and audit evidence collection.
