• Be the friendly first point of contact for customers via **phone, email and chat**
• Help with **orders, payments, deliveries and complaints**

## Requirements
**What we’re looking for**

• Fluent **Norwegian** and good English
• A customer-focused and positive attitude
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with different digital tools
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
