You'll support German-speaking customers and be their first point of contact when questions or problems come up.

➡️ Support customers via phone, chat, and email
➡️ Answer questions and find solutions
➡️ Handle cases and follow them through to resolution
➡️ Create a great customer experience
➡️ Become part of an international team

There are different projects available, so your exact responsibilities may vary depending on your assignment.

Requirements
