### About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join us on an initial 3-month contract engagement. You'll provide operational support across enterprise network environments, working on incidents, changes, upgrades, performance optimisation, and ongoing network maintenance.

### What You'll Do

Manage network incidents, requests, alerts, and change activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve routing, switching, firewall, and connectivity issues.
Perform software upgrades and support network infrastructure maintenance.
Monitor network performance and recommend improvements.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and ITSM records.
Work with vendors, carriers, and third-party providers to resolve network issues.
Support enterprise LAN, WAN, and internet environments.
Contribute to operational excellence through proactive monitoring and problem resolution.

### What You'll Bring

3+ years' experience in Network Engineering roles.
Strong hands-on experience with routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
Solid understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, and routing protocols.
Proven troubleshooting and incident management capability.
Experience working within enterprise operational environments.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
