About The Role

The RCM Project Lead is responsible for leading and overseeing the delivery of end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services for assigned healthcare providers utilizing Waseel's RCM solutions. The role manages daily RCM operations, leads cross-functional teams, ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements, monitors operational and financial performance, and drives continuous process improvements. The Project Lead serves as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring high-quality service delivery, achievement of KPIs, and strong customer satisfaction through effective collaboration with hospital and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s in: Health Informatics ,Healthcare Administration / Hospital Management , Business Administration , Management Information Systems
  • Experience: 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including at least 2 years in a team lead, project lead, or supervisory role.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Proven experience managing the full Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) lifecycle (A-Z), including registration, eligibility, pre-authorization, charging, coding, billing, claims submission, denial/rejection management, follow-up, and collections.
  • Strong knowledge of Medical Claims, Billing, Health Insurance Operations, and payer requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Claims Management Systems, and RCM platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of CCHI regulations, healthcare insurance compliance requirements, and Saudi healthcare regulations.
  • Good understanding of CBAHI standards and healthcare quality requirements.
  • Proven ability to analyze RCM performance, identify root causes of claim denials, and implement corrective actions to improve collections and operational efficiency.
  • Experience leading RCM teams, managing workloads, and ensuring achievement of operational KPIs and SLAs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hospital leadership, clinical teams, insurance companies, and internal departments.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in client-facing environments or managed healthcare services is highly preferred.
