Sales Operations Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist – Inbound Sales to join our Sales team at Moyasar.

You’ll be one of the first points of contact for businesses interested in Moyasar’s payment solutions. You’ll handle inbound opportunities, understand each merchant’s business and payment needs, qualify potential customers, and help move the right opportunities through our sales pipeline.

What You’ll Do

• Handle and respond to inbound sales leads from businesses interested in Moyasar.
• Contact potential merchants and understand their business and payment needs.
• Qualify merchants and identify suitable opportunities for Moyasar’s payment solutions.
• Introduce Moyasar’s digital payment solutions and services to potential merchants.
• Explain our solutions clearly and help merchants understand how Moyasar can support their payment needs.
• Follow up with prospects and move qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate merchant, lead, and opportunity information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with Sales and other internal teams during the sales and merchant onboarding journey.
• Track inbound leads, conversion rates, and sales performance.
• Ensure timely follow-up and a positive experience for potential merchants.
• Support improvements to the inbound sales process.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in Inbound Sales, Inside Sales, Sales Development, or a similar role.
• Experience handling and qualifying B2B sales leads.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable speaking with businesses and understanding their needs.
• Experience using CRM and managing sales pipelines.
• Target-driven with strong follow-up skills.
• Experience in fintech, digital payments, payment gateways, or financial services is preferred.
• Arabic and English communication skills.
