Job Description - Proficiency in leading high-level 3D modelling, component design, and drawing reviews using Creo, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD. - Familiarity with structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics simulations to guide design optimization and simulation. - Understanding Windchill, SAP and engineering documentation. - Strong project coordination skills, resource allocation, technical reporting, and meeting deliverable timelines. - Having good technical communication skills combined with structured thinking for complex technical risk management. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams, manage project lifecycles, and coordinate technical integration across design, manufacturing, procurement, and quality departments. - Hands-on experience with PLM workflows, Engineering Change Management (ECO/ECN), configuration control, and BOM structures. - Understanding of GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, DFM/DFA principles, and DFMEA methodologies.
