Special Education Teacher | Brooklyn, MD
Full-Time | Salaried | 10-Month
The Children’s Guild is growing and we’re looking for a Special Education Teacher who can balance IEPs, creativity, collaboration, and the occasional classroom curveball with purpose and heart.
What You’ll Do
- Create engaging, individualized instruction and support IEP goals
- Use positive behavioral and restorative practices
- Track progress and adjust instruction to meet students where they are
- Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and support teams
QualificationsWhat You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or higher, experience supporting students with special needs and/or autism, and the patience, creativity, and teamwork that great teaching requires.
