Patient Care Assistant - Total Joint Unit **Part-Time Nights**

The Total Joint Unit provides care for patients undergoing elective hip and knee replacements and other orthopedic procedures such as shoulder and back surgeries. This unit works closely with the Navigator to teach classes that provide information to help patients be successful after joint replacement. Because of the collaboration between nursing and the Navigator, we have seen a reduction in post op complications. Patient experience scores consistently exceed system goals.
