About The Role
What You Can Expect : What you'll actually do: Own strategic projects end-to-end, from a few lines brief to a delivered result you can point to. Turn ambiguity into a plan: break unstructured problems into a roadmap teams can execute against. Coordinate across functions including tech and business stakeholders as well as clear the blockers that slow them down. Spot risks early and adjust the plan before they become fire drills. Track whether the work actually moved the metric it was meant to and keep the executive leadership clearly in the loop. What success looks like in your first 6 months: You've delivered at least one strategic project that leadership can name. Teams you coordinate know exactly what they're doing and why. At least one AI or automation experiment has gone from idea to running pilot. What You Bring: What we're looking for: 3–5 years running complex projects where the path wasn't laid out for you. Comfort with ambiguity, but you impose structure on it - you don't just tolerate it. Sharp prioritisation and analytical thinking under real constraints. Strong communication: you can make a case to an engineer and to an executive in the same afternoon. Nice to have: Real curiosity about AI and automation tools (you already play with them) PMP, CAPM, or Certified ScrumMaster. Experience near a strategy, innovation, or corporate-development team.
