Job Description The Salesforce Developer (Mid-Level) is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform to support business operations and strategic initiatives. This role partners closely with business analysts, Salesforce administrators, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, efficient, and maintainable technical solutions. The position requires strong hands-on expertise in Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce configuration, with a focus on automation, system performance, and platform best practices. The Salesforce Developer contributes throughout the full development lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization, while ensuring adherence to governance, security, and DevOps standards.
