Major Account Representative is responsible for managing relationships with multi-location commercial customers, resolving account issues, and driving improvements in Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) across a commercial accounts receivable portfolio exceeding $60 million. This role leverages data analysis and reporting to identify trends, provide actionable insights to management, and support strategic credit and collections initiatives. This position also provides leadership and guidance to a team of 3-4 direct reports, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of departmental goals.
