• Location: Warsaw (Hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
• Rate: Up to 160 PLN/h net + VAT
• Type of contract: B2B agreement (signed directly with Optiveum)

Optiveum is your trusted recruitment and contracting partner. Currently, we are looking for a highly skilled Senior Linux Engineer for our Client from the banking sector.

Your responsibilities

• Designing and implementing automation processes using CI/CD technologies and procedures.
• Exploring and integrating AI technologies for self-healing platform capabilities.
• Creating comprehensive documentation for automation processes and procedures for end-users, engineers, and architects.
• Collaborating effectively within the SAFE SCRUM framework.
• Providing advanced troubleshooting and system administration support.
• Driving innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

Required skills & experience

• Strong expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8+ environments (RHCSA certification is a strong plus).
• Experience with GCE (Google Compute Engine) and migrations from VMware to GCE.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat Satellite (patch management and automation).
• High proficiency in Bash scripting and dynamic programming languages ( Python, Perl ).
• Extensive experience with configuration management tools, particularly Ansible .
• Proficiency with software development tools including Git and Jira .
• Experience working within SCRUM/Agile methodologies (SAFE SCRUM experience is highly preferred).
• Advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving capabilities, and an innovative mindset.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for technical documentation and team collaboration.
