We’ve grown over 300% in the last three years - with big plans for the future.We’re looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to architect how we scale. We are looking for someone to move us from “What happened last quarter?” to “What’s coming next quarter?” and build the systems, data infrastructure, and operating rhythm that enable our multi-channel GTM organization run predictably and <efficiently.You>’ll lead a team that already includes a data analyst and a sales enablement partner, and you’ll own the full RevOps stack. You will partner with the CRO, CCSO, and CFO on the numbers that go in front of our board. We are a PE-backed company scaling towards $200M+, and this role exists because we need Revenue Operations to be the growth engine, not a reporting function.What You’ll DoBuild leading-indicator infrastructure. Move us beyond lagging reports and CRM hygiene into pipeline and forecast systems that predict what’s coming with accuracy and accountability across the sales org.Own the RevOps tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, Clay, and the lead lifecycle systems across a multi-channel sales organization, ensuring data integrity and adoptionLead and develop your team-currently data analysis and sales enablementOwn capacity planning across our GTM motions, translating headcount and pipeline targets into clear hiring and coverage plansDefine and enforce consistent sales methodology, stage criteria, and handoff standardsDesign and administer comp plans across the entire GTM org, including quota settingPartner with CRO and other executives on board-level reporting, translating pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and GTM performance into clear, credible narratives for our investorsSupport ICP and segmentation refinementLead the design of frameworks to evaluate sales productivity and other leading indicators of success or risk to achieving business goalsEvaluate and roll out new tooling as we grow that improves rep productivity and management visibility with a clear point of view on build vs buy and ROIAct as the connective tissue between the GTM teams and cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Account Management, Product, etc.)Leverage AI to scale the impact of the functionWhat You Bring7+ yrs in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, with at least 3+ yrs leading a team, ideally inside a vertical SAAS or PE-backed business.Track record of building forecasting and pipeline infrastructure, not just maintaining what already exists.Deep fluency in Salesforce, comp plan design, capacity planning, and sales tooling (Clay, Gong, etc).Comfortable operating in a high-growth, multi-segment GTM organization consisting of enterprise sales, high-velocity, account management, and <partnerships.Direct> communication style.
