Sales Assistant

We are looking for an active, customer-oriented, and well-organized person to support our sales activities, manage customer relationships, and coordinate sales projects. In this role, you will work with customers throughout the entire sales process — from the initial contact and quotation to delivery and payment follow-up.

**Fluency in Finnish and Russian is required for this position.** English language skills are considered an advantage.

Your Responsibilities

• Handling incoming leads and communicating with existing customers
• Responding to customer inquiries and maintaining customer relationships
• Participating in customer negotiations
• Preparing technical and commercial quotations
• Coordinating orders and sales projects from quotation to delivery
• Monitoring deliveries, schedules, and payments
• Maintaining customer and project information in the CRM system
• Communicating with customers, suppliers, and business partners
• Participating in customer meetings, industry trade fairs, and events

What We Expect from You

• Previous experience in B2B sales, customer service, or a similar role
• Fluency in **Finnish and Russian**
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• A customer-oriented, proactive, and independent approach to work
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good computer and IT skills
• Willingness to travel to meet customers when required
• A technical mindset and an interest in technical products and solutions

Previous experience in refrigeration technology is not required. However, a technical background or previous experience in selling technical products will be considered an advantage.
