You’ll make an impact by:- Taking a leading role in smaller global buy- and sell-side M&A projects and acting as a key contributor on larger transactions in close collaboration with Corporate M&A and business teams- Performing financial due diligence procedures, valuations, financial analyses, and accounting assessments, while helping formulate key messages for negotiation teams and senior management- Supporting the preparation and analysis of special purpose financial statements where required- Acting as a key point of contact for the financial workstream throughout transaction processes- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across Siemens worldwide, including Corporate M&A, Legal, Accounting & Controlling, and management teams- Contributing to digitalization initiatives and helping to further enhance our analytical capabilities, processes, and tools- Supporting other strategic and finance-related projects as opportunities arise- Business travel is limited ( <http://www.siemens.com/global/en/company/sustainability/social-commitments/belonging.html> ) , we welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds and particularly encourage applications from persons with disabilities.
