YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide system solutions that span the globe, enabling the production and broadcast of media content at a high-quality level, leading to business growth, profitability and customer success
• Factory configuration and troubleshooting of Lawo systems (Audio, Video and Network) fulfilling customer workflow and system standards
• Maintain and support inventory for the Factory Project Commissioning area
• Customer project commissioning and troubleshooting, onsite or remote when required for Audio/Video systems
• Work closely with other Lawo teams, inside and outside of the professional services group
• Documentation (Lawo internal, and for the customer if needed)

YOUR PROFILE

• Education in broadcast, audio/video or a related field
• Solid Network/IT knowledge including multicast/unicast network services and broadcast standards such as SMPTE 2110, NDI etc.
• Linux server expertise as well as knowledge of containerized microservers and Docker
• Experience in broadcast environment, on-air broadcast operations, workflows and IP-Systems
• Desire to deliver service excellence
• Structured way of working an logical approach to problem-solving
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an engaging and professional way of interacting with colleagues and customers
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, agile environment
• English and German language is a must, other languages are an asset
