Senior Staff Engineer IT HR Solutions - SAP HCM (d/m/f)

-Work independently within the SAP HCM environment to understand and implement HR business requirements, with a focus on, but not limited to, Payroll and Time Management -Be responsible for 3rd-level support, including ongoing operations such as payroll processing, time evaluation, incident and problem management, system enhancements, and the implementation of legal changes -Take ownership of the design and implementation of business processes, as well as the continuous optimization of processes and systems -Plan, prepare, and coordinate projects within your area of responsibility, including the management and coordination of external resources -Implement support packages efficiently
