About The Role
About the roleAs Daxko's Senior Payroll Administrator, you'll own U.S. payroll from end to end, making sure every teammate gets paid accurately and on time, every time. You'll report to the SVP of People and work closely with People Operations, Finance, and Business Systems to keep payroll running smoothly as Daxko grows. This role suits someone who takes real pride in precision and wants to build a payroll function that people trust.What you'll doOwn the full U.S. payroll cycle, managing accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across every federal, state, and local requirementLead payroll operations in UKG, including system configuration, audits, and ongoing optimizationManage multi-state payroll tax compliance, including unemployment and income tax filingsRun year-end payroll close, covering reconciliations, reporting, and compliance deliverablesTurn payroll data into clear insights, building dashboards and reports that help leaders make better decisionsGuide payroll integration during acquisitions, keeping systems aligned and transitions smoothServe as the go-to resource for payroll questions, giving employees and internal partners clear, fast answersWhat you'll bring5+ years of payroll experience, including end-to-end U.S. payroll processingHands-on experience with UKG ProStrong understanding of U.S. payroll regulations, tax requirements, and complianceAdvanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reportingBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceNice to haveExperience with UKG People AnalyticsExperience supporting global payroll or Employer of Record (EOR) environmentsUKG Payroll or Administration certificationCPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certificationFamiliarity with ACA reporting tools and JIRAAdditional InformationDaxko is dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce.
