About The Role
The legal intern may assist different programs within the Utah Office of Data Privacy, although much of their work will be dedicated to the development of new data governance models. The legal intern will be tasked with researching, reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing: • State and federal constitutional provisions, laws, rules, and regulations; • Executive orders; • Ordinances enacted by political subdivisions; • Internal policies of governmental entities; • Court decisions; • Administrative decisions and rulings; and • Proposed state or federal legislation.
