Systems Support Engineer

• Join our IT Services team and help support the technology that powers our corporate operations, guest experiences, and mountain environments.
• This hands-on role provides technical support across multiple businesses and locations, ensuring critical systems remain secure, reliable, and operational.

What You'll Do

• Support and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, end-user devices, and telephony systems
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Exchange Online
• Manage incidents and service requests through Freshservice
• Support operational technologies including access control, POS systems, digital signage, and connectivity services
• Maintain IT assets, documentation, and knowledge base articles
• Work closely with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery
• Participate in an on-call roster, including winter season and weekend support

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Systems Engineer, IT Administrator, IT Support, or Service Desk role.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Microsoft 365, Microsoft identity management (eg AD, Entra), and Intune environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Experience supporting multi-site environments
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Freshservice or similar ITSM platforms
