Network Subject Matter Expert

About this Position The Network SME is the technical lead for network services, responsible for network design, standards, lifecycle management, and complex troubleshooting. The role drives network improvements, supports major projects and upgrades, ensures security and architecture compliance, and serves as the highest level of technical escalation for network-related issues. What you´ll do Implement scalable, secure network architectures (Campus, DC, WAN, Cloud). Provide expert-level support for routing, switching, and wireless technologies. Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and major incident resolution and ensure network security, compliance, and adherence to standards. Drive network automation using APIs, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code Implement monitoring, observability, and performance optimization acting as escalation point for complex issues and vendor coordination.
